Support is changing from the 20th July!
The Ticket tab will be replaced with a Support tab and will require you to setup a FreshDesk account from the activation email generated when first opening the new Support tab.
The activation email will look like this:
Hi Gomo Customer
A new Gomo Support Ticket account has been created for you with FreshDesk to provide improved ticket responses and dynamic linking to Knowledge Base articles.
Click the link below to activate your Support Account and select a password.
If the above link does not work try copying and pasting it into your browser. If you continue to have problems, please feel free to contact us.
Please be aware this is separate to your Gomo Authoring login.
Please ensure that you complete the activation and login to create and view your support ticket status.
All existing tickets will be unaffected.
